(Greenwood, S.C., Sept. 17, 2015) – Self Regional Healthcare Foundation recently received a check for $150,000 from the 2015 Symetra Tour's Women's Health Classic. These funds will be used for community outreach and programming to improve the health of women and their families in the Lakelands region.

"These funds will help our hospital continue to provide exceptional care to the women in our community," Chip Stockman, chairman of the Self Regional Healthcare Foundation Board of Trustees, said. "We are incredibly thankful for all of the sponsors, supporters and organizers of this tournament whose generosity translates into real gains for the patients that we serve.

This was the second year that Self Regional Healthcare Foundation served as the title sponsor for the tournament, which was held in May at the Links at Stoney Point.
